Bio:

Daniel Ranson is a founding member of the firm with forty years of civil litigation and transactional experience. After earning his MBA from the University of New Orleans, Dan attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where he graduated cum laude and was a published member of the Loyola Law Review.

Dan is known for his thorough preparation and attention to detail in all legal matters. He has tried dozens of judge and jury trials to verdict. Dan’s vast experience and unparalleled work ethic enables him to represent clients in a variety of practices areas with a focus on business, health care, real estate, construction, trusts and estates. In addition to being a highly skilled litigator, Dan has represented clients in multimillion dollar asset purchases, stock purchases and mergers. He is also a licensed title agent.
